Martina is a UX/Service Designer and certified psychologist, active in UX since 2001. She has worked on transformation projects for major organizations like Volkswagen, PayPal, Emirates Airlines, StepStone, and more.

Her focus lies in establishing user-centered processes, leading research and design strategies, and mentoring UX professionals. She’s a former instructor at Brainster Academy and guest lecturer at Humboldt University, passionate about bridging psychology and design.
