International Congress Center Burgas (ICCB)

International Congress Center Burgas (ICCB) is a modern complex located in the Public Access Zone of Port Burgas, in close proximity to the Marine Station, Central Railway Station Burgas, and South Bus Station. This strategic location ensures easy access and convenience for visitors while offering panoramic views of the Black Sea. ​

The ICCB building is designed with flexibility and functionality in mind, providing various opportunities for hosting events of different scales and natures. The congress center features three main halls:​

• "Chernomorie" Hall: With a capacity of up to 400 seats, equipped with high-quality audio-visual equipment and stage lighting, suitable for conferences, congresses, and cultural events. ​
• "Foros" Hall: Offers 200 seats and is ideal for seminars, presentations, and corporate meetings. ​
• "Burgas" Hall: With a capacity of 100 seats, suitable for smaller events and workshops. ​

In addition to the modern halls, ICCB offers Class "A" offices of various sizes with impressive sea views, available for rent. The building also provides 250 parking spaces in open and covered parking areas, ensuring convenience for all guests and event participants. ​

ICCB hosts a variety of events, including international conferences, congresses, exhibitions, concerts, and festivals. In June 2025, the center will host the 25th edition of FARA – the largest forum of the creative industry in Bulgaria, under the motto "Stars Are Born". ​
